Is there a deadline for placing an order?
Yes, there may be deadlines for early bird pricing. Any orders made after that date must be evaluated by our team to ensure work can be completed, and will be subject to higher rates.
Is the Sponsor Network secure?
Yes, the Sponsor Network will be encrypted (password protected) and secure.
If I have problems connecting my device to the network, will there be someone on property to help me?
Yes! We will have a dedicated team of network technicians onsite that will be available to help with any issues that may arise. They will also check in with you twice daily during show days to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Can I just use the 4G connection that is available on my device?
You can, but it's not recommended. There will be thousands of attendees at this event, which may cause the 4G networks from the different wireless providers to become slow.
We have to deploy 50 tablets at our booth. Which package should I choose?
If you plan on connecting more than 10 devices, please call us before placing an order so we can better understand your plan, and if needed, design an affordable custom solution.
What happens after I place an order?
One of our team members will contact you via phone to confirm your order and ensure that we fully understand your needs, and if needed, put you in touch with one of our expert Network Engineers.
When will my internet start?
Sponsors typically arrive onsite at different dates/times and we do our best to get everyone online as soon as possible. At checkout, please let us know what date you will be arriving onsite so we can get you on the install schedule.
